Get to know Anne

Welcome

I’m so glad you’re here! My goal is to help you become embodied and whole, to get in touch with your inner strength, and to be freed from psychological pain and distress. I’d be so glad to use therapy to join you on your journey of mental health and wellness.

I strive to provide an environment that’s safe and welcoming for the LGBTQIA+ community as well as for people of every race, age, body type, and faith tradition.

Ethos

I believe in the resilience of all human beings. Given a chance to be seen, known, and guided, anyone can be emotionally and mentally healthy, even with a traumatic past. Insights and answers are already waiting to be found within you, so my role is to accompany you in uncovering your truths and inner wisdom.

Through our work you’ll gain a fuller understanding of yourself, discover fresh perspectives on your past and current circumstances, and participate in meaningful growth and healing in your everyday life. I utilize an integrative approach to therapeutic interventions and customize evidence-based practices to each individual’s needs, beliefs, and goals.
